This is not for all parents but something to consider as children grow up. Verbal attacks on school staff are becoming increasingly common. We are working for your children. Teachers and patents are working together for a common goal.
Richele Batt Ramsey responded on facebook- Very good!!! I agree- let's the kids learn the lessons while the stakes are low.... Instead of "saving" them! Today- my daughter realized on the way to school she forgot something for practice & asked if I could bring it... "No...you should've been more responsible" was my answer. She had to deal with the coach being upset with her... What would she have learned if I brought it to her? Not to be responsible-- bc Mom will pick up my slack.
